Yale 89 Satin Chrome Deadlocking Nightlatch
Yale satin chrome finish deadlocking nightlatch. Features a standard size 60mm backset (distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole) and includes 2 keys. The increased security of this nightlatch allows the door to be deadlocked from the outside using the key. Suitable for fitting to inward opening wooden doors up to 57mm thick. The snib on the inside allows the latch to be held back and the door to swing freely. Please note this lock is not insurance rated and should be fitted with a BS3621 mortice lock to be insurance approved. A great match when fitted with other satin chrome front door furniture.

Latch can be deadlocked by the snib button internally, making the lock inoperable by key or handle.
Inside handle can be deadlocked by a reverse turn of the key in the outside cylinder after closing the door.
