York Tubular Mortice Latch Brass

York tubular mortice latch with a polished brass plated face plate and receiver. This is a standard domestic duty latch and can be used in conjunction with lever latch door handles (no keyhole), lever on rose door handles and mortice door knobs. Available in 2.5in or 3in with backsets of either 44mm or 57mm (see dimensions diagram below). 2.5in latches are typically used with lever handles whilst 3in latches are more suitable for use with door knobs as the extra distance away from the door edge prevents your hand from rubbing against the door frame.
